Big News at CK Productions
Family, it’s a huge season for CK. We’ve got a lot of updates below!
Plus, early next month, we’ll be announcing an exciting theatrical production with Street Kid Collective in NYC, unveiling new films in the pipeline, and releasing more content on YouTube including episodes of Road to the Desert, behind-the-scenes vlogs, and more incredible guests on CK Café.

El Otro Lado x CK Productions: Building Bridges in Tucson
We are proud to be partnering with San Miguel High School’s El Otro Lado program for a special event in Tucson on October 18 at the Arizona Inn.
El Otro Lado empowers students, many from immigrant families, learn about the border from a week-long border immersion program, choosing to tell the story of truth and humanity as opposed to telling a purely political side of the issue. We are working with them to develop a program within the program to encourage students to use their voices through art, storytelling, and activism.
Together, CK and San Miguel are:
Leading film education workshops
Producing a short documentary created in partnership with the students
Creating space where film becomes a tool for empathy, understanding, and change
This event marks the beginning of a multi-year, long-term collaboration with CK & EOL that will grow through fundraisers, more classes, and future projects linking art to social impact!

Now Hiring: CK Interns
We are looking for two interns to join our team.
Very part-time (maximum 10 hours per week)
Remote and flexible (NY, Tucson or LA preferred)
Stipend pay and credits on projects
Responsibilities include:
Shadowing and supporting a producer
Assisting with marketing campaigns for films via CK Marketing
Assisting with CK social media schedules and posting
Helping organize film and theatre campaigns
Gaining hands-on indie film and indie theatre experience with credits on CK projects
We are looking for organized, passionate people who are strong with Google Suite and excited about film and theatre. Preferably looking for college-aged, but no matter who you are, if you’re interested we would love to chat!

A new episode of CK Café is now live, featuring an inspiring convo with up and coming indie artist, Nory, and his creative director for his new album (streaming now), Eduardo Machado.
The latest Road to the Desert episode is also out, pulling back the curtain on the making of Backyard/Desert. This episode highlights some of our obstacles with investors, funding and collaborations!
